Machine Summary 
The model GHD-1000CNC6/GHD-1250CNC6 CNC gear hobbing machine is of 6 axes onewith 4 axes coordinated control. Based on the principle of generating method, and by electronic gearbox(EGB), the machine is designed to cut cylindrical spur & helical gears, worm wheels, crowning or slightly tapered gears and spliner, etc. It is suited for the industries that produce the gears on a large scale production, such as heavy-truck, crane machinery, mining, marine, lift, metallurgy, generating equipment and engineering machinery, etc.

15. In case of power off or fault occurred, the column witll quickly retract. The fault number will automatically display on the screen.

16. With symmetric design of machine bed, circulating coolant can ensure stable thermal distribution of the machine.
17. The spindle is driven by a large power water-cooling motor through super precision helical gearing, and a one-tooth difference clearance-eliminating mechanism at the terminal to improve transmission accuracy and rigidity.
18. Large hydrostatic bearings with good static & dynamic rigidity and rotary accuracy and high precision double-worm gearings awarded national patent are used for the worktable. Therefore, the worktable can carry out cleanrance-free transmission.
19. Bulky components design with high powerful and rigidity to greatly improve rigidity of the machine, thus ensure the machine meet the requirements of the high efficient cutting.
20. Guideways for X and Z axis adopt ample rectangle hardened ones and linear recirculating roller guidance system with preloaded to ensure rigidity and accuracy of the guideways. X, Y and Z axis are controlled by fully-closed loop linear encoder to ensure machining dimensions stability.
21. Adopt PROFI-BUS DT bus construction, reasnable arrangment of pipelines and cables and ensure stability of control system.
