The product for baby must pass REACH Test.Our material for producing 5 Way Stroller Buckleis tested by authoritative testing institutions( SGS)every year.
2. Safety protection:
(1) safety regulations:Tension≥30kg. Torque ≥15kg.Bite force≥10kg.Impact force≥1KG at the height 1meter. Pressing force of the 5 Way Stroller Bucklearound 30N~40N .Our company own testing center, so we can check these safety index use detecting instrument at any time.
(2) Cannot have sharp edges in avoid of hurting children;

3. About developping a new design or adding logo.

(3)The mold building time is short, the average mold building time is 30-45 days, and all molds are precision processed
4.About sewing straps.
We have sewing department to supply the sewing service.
Our company has engraving machines,line cutting machines, spark machines, lathes, punch presses, grinding machines, scanner ,we can develop at least 6 new designer per month .We also have a full set of advanced production equipment ,such as injection machines, autometic assembling machine ,sewing machine and autometic packing machine.We can provide ODM OEM service and one stop purchase service
Jimei is audited by ISO every year,our product can pass ROHS,REACH,EN71,6P,7P TEST,the material is tested by SGS every year.We also got the certification of OEKO.
